check your local walmart i got mine like 2 days ago. they are constantly getting them but they are usually gone the same day. if you live in a smaller town try the next larger town.

thats a tough one to answer, it depends on where u live. My Mom works at home so i had her call target 3-4 times a day and she would ask about the next truck that will arrive. You gotta be ready to pounce on them. They're "Hot Commodity". Luckily i got one yesterday, but my dad took it to his house so i wont get to play with it until thursday.
but yeah your best bet is to call around
