1. Take it apart slowly, making sure you keep track of all the pieces and where they came from.
2. Lightly brush the dust and other residue off the pieces with a soft, dry cloth.
3. Place the pieces back together, or buy a new computer.

If you mean by clean the dust out, just turn it off.
touch something metal such as the computer CASE
NOT THE COMPUTER ITSELF
but rather the case to discharge you from any electrostatic shocks. (it could destroy your computer)
and just use your average dry swiffer thing
i use the swiffer duster
it works really well and it can get in tight spots.
if you mean by spyware
use the following programs
Hitman Pro
Spybot S&D
Lavasoft Ad-aware
all 3 are free and just google each one and you will find their website for a free download

Do what the first guy said, but make sure that you are properly grounded to protect the electronics from accidental static discharge. Static electricity and heat kill solid state devices.
