Yes, if you read about it on NBC, it says the first season is volume one, volume 2 will be a different story with some of the same main chacters, and some different.

I have not been able to find a for sure yes or no, but I have to say yes because it is the biggest hit of the current season.

There will be several seasons.
Crippler we are still on season one. "Parasite" (March 5th's episode) is episode #18.
