wichone goes on first?
bcuz i read on the back of a some makeup that i bought && it said to put the concealer over the foundation,but i always thought it was the other way around!?

Depends on what you are concealing. If you are concealing dark under eye circles, try the concealer first, then foundation and powder to set. Usually this is also good for blemishes or scars, too. But depending on the stage of a blemish, sometimes doing the basics is not enough. Sometimes using a 'blender brush' after the foundation with a little concealer, is also helpful for extra coverage. Use a very light handed touch with it though, so it doesn't look cakey, or like putty - use the brush strokes from the center, outward to blend in.

I always go concealer then foundation. The foundation will get rid of any blending lines. Always finish with a nice powder to set your foundation for the day.

It doesn't really matter. I personally put on foundation first. Because if I try to blend foundation after I put on concealer, then the concealer might rub off.
But some people find the foundation "finishing" and "setting", so they put that on after the concealer.
Try both. See which one works better.

First put on moisturizer or foundation primer so your foundation will go on evenly. Then apply concealer, the best I have found is either Cargo concealer or Amazing Cosmetics.

Foundation first, then concealer. That way the concealer does it job.

Concealer is way better because if u have any flawws it will cover them rite up but with foundation its kinda sheer.

my daughter says foundation first then concealer, but I do the opposite, concealer first then foundation

Everyone thinks you put the concealer on first, but it isnt true!
you put the foundation on first then concealer. otherwise you wend up putting on too much concealer on your face.

What i have herd is put your concealer on first then foundation thats just what i think i dont think it realy matters.
