I have the address and phone #'s of where my husband lives. He abandoned me and our 2 kids 10/04. He left us penniless and now we are homeless. He refuses our calls and has not sent 1 dime to the kids, nothing! I need to talk to his neighbors to find out where he works to give the IRS and child support to prove he has income. He works in construction for cash so I must provide info of where he works so my kids can recieve support.

Thanks!!!!

I'm not sure his neighbors can help. If you add or subtract 1 or 2 from his street number and use the same street name, you will probably hit at least one of his neighbors. Try typing some addresses similar to that into Yahoo Maps to see if the show up near his address.

well you obviously have some type of home since youre online. if youre THAT poor, go to the state to ask for help. they'll give you cash and food stamps and help with emergency housing. with that said, you obviously have some time on your hands if youre not working so go follow him!
go rent a car so he doesnt recognize yours and follow him for a day or two. oh and there's no way to garnish "under the table' money because its not being reported to the state as wages. therefore it doesnt fall under the new hire reporting helpful laws.
I'd suggest you file contempt with the court and have them reprimand him severely til he does help.

Somewhere you must have his social security number. This way perhaps you can get a credit check to see if he's taken out a credit card or bill somewhere.

Somehow get a message to him that you just received a check from some phony contest with both of your names on it. Say it needs both of your signatures to cash it. Then when he responds to it, nail him. You have to use your imagination.
