DJ Sammy did a version called the Candlelight Mix that has no dance beat - it's just her and a piano, nice and slow. It was the version that was the most popular on the radio.
According to The Covers Project, she is the only artist to cover "Heaven".

DJ Sammy is the artist for that techno version. The original version is a guy, Bryan Adams, it's from the 80's.

the chicks name is "dominique van hulst" and she is the singer from the "dj sammy version" her name is not dj sammy,dj sammy is a guy...but the link above will show you her version..the ONLY woman who sings that song in a slow version..

Sweetie you can search all you want for Heaven and it will most always show DJ Sammy because the slow and the fast versions were done by DJ Sammy! You might want to try looking up under the name Yanou. I believe that that was her name. Good song by the way!
