it is heavy for your height but not horribly so. The only way to do it is exercise and cut down on the calories... you'll notice it'll come right off with exercise 3x a week for a least half an hour. And good cardio, not just a walk around the block.

You might go to the medical search engine on www.webmd.com or ask a doctor for a weight chart for your height. Do a search engine search on Apple Pectin it can help you to keep a constant energy level and to therefore lose weight. You can get it from most larger local vitamin stores.

You should probably stop eating fast food and take up a sport that will have you running full speed without boring you. Maybe tennis or racketball. Play hard and regularly. You won't lose weight if you don't sweat your butt off. It's working for me. GOOD LUCK!!!

I don't know your age and age matters. It's according where you are in your growing stage really. I wouldn't go on a crazy diet but I would watch what I ate. Just for health reason down the road

Honestly that sounds kinda big to me. If you want to lose weight, try small things at first, like drinking water instead of soda, cutting back on junk food and eating more lean meats and veggies.
