They are internet browsers. Mozilla was a company that used to have a browser named Mozilla, then they came along with Firefox, one of the greatest internet browsers available.

I highly recommend trashing Internet Explorer and getting either Opera or Firefox. Internet Explorer has MANY security issues that are fixed with these two browsers.

Browsers.

A web browser is a software application that enables a user to display and interact with text, images, and other information typically located on a web page at a website on the World Wide Web or a local area network. Text and images on a web page can contain hyperlinks to other web pages at the same or different website. Web browsers allow a user to quickly and easily access information provided on many web pages at many websites by traversing these links. Web browsers format HTML information for display, so the appearance of a web page may differ between browsers.

Historically, Mozilla had been used internally as a codename for the Netscape Navigator web browser from its beginning. Jamie Zawinski came up with the name during a meeting while working at the company. It was a contraction of Mosaic killer (that is, the slang "killa" leading to Moz+illa), referring to the hope that the project would unseat Mosaic as the web's most popular browser, and making reference to the name of the fictional monster Godzilla.

Firefox is an AMAZING web browser like Internet Explorer. It lets you block ads/pop ups, lets you tab sites so you only have one browser up, but multiple tabs, safe and free.

I highly recommend using it. I'd rate it 5/5 stars

Its a web browser. Just like Internet Explorer. But a lot better. It has lots of free add-ons and is very customizable.
The only problem is after you first install it, it can take a little while to get all the plug-ins it needs to view everything on the net. But then its great.
PS: it is free
