Your question has at least one error in it. There were no silver certificates dated 1963. The last $5 silver certificates were Series 1953. (There were $1 silver certificates of Series 1957).
Also, silver certificates always have blue seals. If you have a $5 bill with a red seal, it is a United States Note. (The Federal Reserve notes that you usually see have green seals).
There were Series 1963 United States Notes, and that is probably what you have in mind. Here is a link to the listing of all 1963 $5 red seal United States notes presently for sale on eBay. That should give you an idea of value. Remember that the condition of the note can make a big difference in value.
