i just can't do it. but there's this girl who REALLY deserves it. i think it will make her realize that what goes around comes around.
how can i gain the confidence?!

have a friend near by who is willing to protect if she gose after you when ya punch her and if she really desvers it punch her hard

Punching bags are probably a good start. Watch some good fight movies. Get a little drunk. Though unless she actually punched you in face I don't think it's a true "what goes around, comes around" situation. Basically, you don't need confidence to punch someone in the face. You need to be ruthless, and have some tough friends at your back.
