I have resigned from my job of 7.5 years and have built up almost 200 hours in off set time, and they say I will not be paid for.How do I go about getting paid for these hours.I have people telling me I can get paid if I file a complaint. Anyone know anything about this?

If by offset time you mean your vacation and sick time then yes they are supposed to pay you for this. As long as you were a legal employee, i'd say threaten to go to a lawyer, or talk to the associate relations specailist in the company.
