Okay, I don't know exactly how to do this kind of thing, because I think it's statistics and/or probability, which I never studied. But I was curious to see the answer, and I see you're not getting any, so I'm going to explain what I *think* might be the right answer, or try to get you closer.

If you have something that's 8 answers out of 12, that seems like it would become a fraction, 8/12, which would reduce to 2/3. So I would think it would be answer D, because a 6-sided die is the only one that would give a multiple-of-3 result for the bottom number. But I was initially thinking it would be C, because you divide by 4 to get that reduced bit of 2/3.

I don't really know what I'm doing, though, so I'm only offering my best guess here. Maybe you can combine my guesswork with what you know from your class and come up with the right way to do it.
