my english teacher said add punctuatuation to make sence of the words do not change or move any of the words but i cant figure it out thzs for any help you give

I could help you with that. Let's say that you wanted to ask a question... At the end of the question put this (?). If it is a regular sentence, put one of these(.) If you want to take a breath between a sentence, put one of these (,) a comma.

And always capitalize the letters at the beggining of a word.

Example:
I Love that song(!)
(exclamation mark)

Where is the cat(?)
(question mark)

I want you to pick up some milk(,) bread(,) ice cream(,) and cookies.
(a comma to separate the different items)

I think you left out an "is" near the end. The final anwer is:

That that is, is. That that is not, is not. Is that it? It is!
