Why dont you get some help ? This is from a customer service point of view when you call in to get help. It is really helpfull if you call in right place to get help on your issues. Does any one experience what i am talking about if you work as a customer service rep ? I am just ranting .... Will make the job much easier

Here's the other side to that:
Hey, customer service people, why are you so stupid at times? Why don't you have more of a clue than we, the customers do? It's like you were hired off the street after passing an exam that proved you couldn't speak English clearly.
So there are two sides to the issue.

Ive been known to be stupid from time to time... So I'm sure that everyone here will agree with me when I say that Customer service has completely gone to sh*it in recent years?
and by the way...
How do you people manage to get paid for something that is practically non existent?

I work with the public and customer service...Everyone is stupid after you deal with so many all i can tell you is to take your zanex and keep smiling....good luck....
