Personally I think that it is murder. However I think we all need to respect and listen to each other and by doing that maybe someday we can come up with a solution to this emotional problem that seems to tear all us apart.

Murder is a legal term. Until abortion qualifies as murder in the law I cannot see it as a form of murder.

sure. i could think of it counts as premeditated homicide of the 1st degree, and could be punishable under the regulation as such. Even a value of Voluntary Manslaughter could be desirable. What i do no longer understand is .... why are canines and different Animals while seen interior the embryonic stages seen as "residing beings" yet a human new child isn't? what form of u . s . a . do we live in as quickly as we view Animal Rights as a greater physically powerful precedence than human rights? Yes!!! The worst! Because you're not only taking away someones life; you're preventing them from ever being able to even experience life AT ALL...so yes, it's cruel and it's murder. Why do you think a person that kills a pregnant woman is charged with 2 counts of murder? 'Cause it's taking the lives of 2 people.
