I don't think it's wrong to pay for sex selection next time. It would be wrong if you aborted a child just to get pregnant with a girl. All children are blessings...that's a fact. But if you have the resources, more power to you on the gender selection thing. I wouldn't give up til I had a girl if I were you! I wish you the best of luck with this pregnancy and any future pregnancies you may have!!!

BTW...I've grown up with one very wise saying repeated to me over and over and over again::: "God ALWAYS answers your prayers; you may not get the answer that you want, but you get an answer. That answer may be no...but God ALWAYS has a reason.

its very strange to hear another person kind of in my same predicament. i also have two boys and always wanted a girl, prayed to god both times to bless with a baby girl but i got 2 boys. and when i have my 3rd i'm hoping for a girl but if i don't i know it was for a reason. i know its pretty tempting to get that sex selection but for me i don't think i would because i know god loves me and he only gives me what i can handle and maybe we are just not meant for a girl, or maybe just not right now. maybe next time. I'll keep u in my prayers tho c/ i know exactly how u feel.

Personally, yes I do think gender selection is wrong. I think its best to let nature take its course. It's getting in the way of God or Destiny or Fate (whatever you believe in). With kids you get what you are given and its a miracle to have a healthy happy child. Having a child should not be like going shopping and getting to pick out which one you like.
Gender selection is sick and wrong from my personal belief system. You should be happy whatever God, Destiny or Fate give you.
