There is no other show I can compare this too -- they set out with a 5-year run and I'm curious to see how they pull it off that even though I don't like each episode equally I'm gonna see it thorugh. Those of us at work loved the last episode, and a columnist in the local paper trashed it. I don't think the writers can keep everyone happy here. Maybe they bit off more than we can chew, but it's mostly fun watching it play out.
Be patient. It's more original than most of what's out there, isn't it?

Well, I'm a very faithful viewer. There are a few episodes that I can say were great disappointments such as Jack's recent episode, Stranger is a Strange Land. But, as long as the characters are there and there are some good island story lines happening, I am satisfied, even if there are no answers given.
But, my advice for those getting frustrated is: wait. From what I am hearing, we will be getting quite a few answers before the end of season 3.

I don't think Lost is boring at all. I will watch it to the end. This is an original show and if they answer all the questions then it will end! There is mystery about this show and it keeps me watching. Some of us like the element of surprise and know that every episode isn't going to answer every question. The true fans won't bash the show because every episode doesn't live up to their standards! The answer is simple, if you don't like it then don't watch it. But you don't need to hate on it if you are just a T.V. watcher and not an avid fan.

Me too. The episodes are getting boring and slightly retarded. Just like Gilmore Girls. Tonight is the last night for me unless I get some more answers.

i just quit after last weeks I'll probably either check it out online or wait to hear from friends or internet if any good. Why waste my time right? i figure the day the producers care enough to write a plotline again is the day I'll tune in

I quit along time ago man. The show was way too confusing..The stories where all over the place and the smoke monsters on the island where really dumb.

It needs to pick up before end of the season.
I'm HOPING that the previews don't let us down AGAIN and have it actually be a cool episode.
(Remember the "cliffhanger" previews? what a total let down)

AHHH ITS SOO FRUSTRATING I THINK I WILL DIE!!! i just wanna know everything but when the show tells you that they will tell you more they just add more to the confustion. i will probably keep falling for their traps and watch them..but not on their time.. on mine cus i cant stand it anymore...
