I've suffered from tinnitus (constant ringing in the ears) for some time- it seems to get worse when I'm stressed out or upset. My understanding is that there's really no cure for it, but is there any natural way of reducing it's effects?

Yes, there are some ways that you go about reducing the ringing in your ears. It is hard not to go crazy.

Changing your diet. Eating a diet comprised mostly of fresh fruits and vegetables has been known to help Tinnitus.

White noise. Set your radio headset to AM and put it on static. Listening to "white noise" for an hour per day is supposed to reduce tinnitus.

Ginkgo Biloba is suppose to help by increasing blood flow to the ears

Cranial Sacral Therapy has also been reported to help by taking the pressure off the auditory nerves

Exercise is also helpful

There is nothing out there that will help as it has no treatment or cure.

stay away from loud stuff -- loud music or noise and it might help
