I don't want to go into details... but I am going through some pretty rough stuff right now. Today just wasn't my day. : ( I need somone to make me feel better. What is something that cheers you up when things just aren't going your way?

Okay, so here's what you do . . . get in your fav PJ's, grab a bowl of ice cream (or some chocolate or cheesecake or whatever), snuggle up with a big blanket on the couch, put in some sappy tear-jerking movie and bawl your eyes out for a little while. Sometimes crying makes us feel better, like we've released what's getting at us instead of trying to hold it all in. After you've moistened all the tissues put in another movie (or watch a tv show), but this time a really funny one so you'll feel better. I hope you have a better day tomorrow!

I just try and remind myself ( and this sounds corny) that tomorrow will be better. You can try again tomorrow. I have a job that requires doing a million things, detail things, things that have to be done exactly right. And I have had days where nothing works out.Where I spend HOURS looking for a minuet detail and can't find it. And then have to ask my boss for help and he finds it and looks at me like I am some kinda dummy. All this after 9 years of college and thousands of dollars. So I cry a little bit and remind myself it can't get much worse than this and I'll do better tomorrow. I used to go get drunk but that just made the next day worse. So now I do this and it works for me..I hope it does for you also.

Tell me about it....I am in Iraq right now. I like to go outside and just look around sometimes and think about how and why and just simply marvel at the fact that I am here. It helps a lot to just go outside and look around and just say,"hahaha, what the f*ck am I doing out here in the middle of the desert." Relax, it could get worse but will most likely get better.
