Do a fashion show...usually a lot of clothing terms are taught in Spanish 1. It also gives a lot of opportunities for funny parts: mocking the clothes, fake tripping, etc...

I second the fashon show, in spanish one last year my friends and I did one and we had a blast (and got an A!)
