I am considering buying and trying a menstrual cup for the very first time. Besides avoiding the environmental impact of disposable products, I am hoping a menstrual cup will be easier to use while on vacation.

Please let me know if you would recommend a menstrual cup. If so, which brand do you prefer and which retailer/online shop do you recommend?

Any other information re: alternative menstrual hygiene products and their pros and cons would also be appreciated.

Thanks for your time and thoughtful consideration!

I have been using the Instead cup but it's disposable. But it's not throwing away as many as a tampon as you can keep it in for 12 hours. I like the ease of use and although it takes some practice, it works well for me. Hope you try it out, it's definitly something to try.
