Why is Indonesia getting hammered with disasters??

I am simply blown away by how much these poor people have endured. It seems as though ever since the tsunami they have been hammered with disasters...one after another. If it's not an earthquake , it's a sinking ferry ... and now a plane crash. what are your thoughts on this?

Its very sad, I feel so sorry for these people. They are going through so much.
