Funny you should mention that. I wouldn't. Hollywood is, was, and always be, a very sordid place. I'd seen it mentioned in ' Hollywood Babylon ' and skimmed through the book you're talking about.
Nobody is going to come right out and say anything about what really happened. Specially not the cops. They're only interested in a public relations image for a job they don't perform. When a crime of this magnitude, or any crime happens, a lot of people know about it in advance.
All the way to those in the so called intelligence community and political police. Given the technology now in place, how is it that no one in such a high profile neighborhood with a security priority saw or heard anything happening in the so called O.J. Simpson murder?
We're in a particular period in history right now. The governments of the world are engaged in one activity and one activity only. Distracting the public attention. With stuff like this. Hope this helps.
