Team Extreme was not a stable. Team Extreme was a tag team formed of Matt Hardy, Jeff Hardy and a manager by the name of Lita. So no they are not the best stable because they don't qualify to be a stable. A true stable would be nWo, which wasnt part of the WWE then, but it is now. DX was a stable when the New Age Outlaws and X-Pac and Chyna, now DX is a tag team, but since HHH went down, its a one man crew of Hasbeen Michaels.

I remember when WWE was WWF, so here is my order of the list:
1. Legion of Doom
2. Demolition
3. Hart Foundation even with Owen Hart
4. Dudley Boys
The Hardy's are ok but I was hoping to see more tag team action between Kane and Undertaker

i loved team xtreme. they were young, fresh and they gave the audience a great show. but we can't forget the teams that helped them in those tlc matches, the dudley boyz and edge & christian. both very highly respected tag teams as well. and with dx, their legacy will never die. if wwe hall of fame had a place for stables, there is no doubt that all 4 of the stables mentioned would be inducted.
