Your prostate can be examined by a doctor by inserting the finger into the rectum. He/she can determine if it is enlarged. The blood test is called a PSA. This test can tell if the enzymes are elevated which can indicate the presence of cancer. You can examine you own prostate, but it is difficult. A normal prostate is about the size of a walnut and is fairly firm. Also, it is known as the male G spot. It can be very pleasurable to massage the prostate.

yes, glove up, put some KY (not Kentucky) Jelly on you finger, insert it and aim for the front. The prostate is about the size of a walnut and has an indention running down the centre. It should feel smooth w/o lumps.
Good luck...

Stick your middle finger knuckle deep in your ***... when you feel a spongy golf ball sized mass, that's your prostate. Gently feel for lumps. That's what your doctor does, good luck.
