Naps are the means of my existence.

Im trying to make it say like naps are really important to me, or are like the reason I live or something like that.

Is the sentence correct? Any suggestions?

Naps are central to my existence.

Naps are essential to my wellbeing.

Without naps, I would cease to exist.

I don't like the second sentence "I nap like there's no tommorow'' it gives me the impression that your whole goal in life is to sleep it away with your napping schedule. The first sentence "naps are the means of my existance" it okay as long as you portray napping is as important to you as eating a balanced diet and drinking eight glasses of water a day and breathing is in the following sentence.

Well, it makes sense when you say it outloud, but I think if you were writing it in a formal essay or paragraph, you would lose points. You could say something like, "Without naps, I would not be able to survive."

Naps are the reason I exist.

I nap like there's no tomorrow - is okay, too.

That sort of makes sense. I mean, it's like you're saying that without sleep, you would die.
