i can see why they say it is bad. joey wheels doesnt really know much about fantasy baseball if he says this team is the best he ever saw. the fact that youre starting crede, drew, gordon shows that you didnt draft offense that well. because while drew and gordon might be good, they are not proven and in a 10 team league you should be able to get proven players. your bench isnt all that great either. edmonds is pretty much done, roberts shouldnt really be on a fantasy team unless its strictly for steals, and you can do better than rivera. as for pitching, its not so bad if kazmir and schmidt dont get hurt. 2 great RPs, could use another one though, im not confident in cordero. lily is very very avg. i say add some more pitching depth.

A fairly sound team all around. Looks like you should win the SB category weekly with all the speed you have going on the bases. The strategy that you should approach when playing head-to-head is different than rotisserie style. Assuming that your league scores in HR's, Runs, RBI's, SB's and AVG for batters and W's, K's, SV's, ERA, and WHIP for pitchers, you should target certain categories like you have with SB's.

You should look into unloading Edmonds to the waivers or trading. Getting older, playing OF, and major stints on the DL are not going to help much in winning.
Trade Damon - I know this might hurt to look at, but if you can work out a trade for Ichiro, pull the trigger.
LoDuca can be upgraded. See if you can find room on your bench for Ross out in Cincy. Tremendous power for a C, but his avg is awful. If he learned any plate discipline in the offseason/spring training, that could change. Look at his numbers last year and think what they could be if you tack on an addition 80 AB's (he had limited playing time last year.) Just someone to keep a tab on, like Jeremy Hermida in FL for an OF.

And if some reason Alex Rios is available, grab him!

Your pitching looks like it will win. Contreras makes me nervous.
JJ Putz will get you saves, but his ERA is something to take in. The best bit of advice for H2H with pitching is do NOT start a pitcher over your aces because they are pitching twice that week. It might look appetizing to grab more K's and sneak in a win, but your ERA/WHIP could bust out because of it. Now if your aces are pitching twice, then enjoy the ride.

Hope this helps, and good luck to you.

You have a great outfiled with ramirez, damon, hunter, and pierre. You have a top 5 power hitter in ortiz. C,1b, and 3b need help. phillips will put up decent numbers, but not great. However, when your best pitcher is schmidt, you have a horrible rotation. I would try to trade an outfielder for a soild pitcher. Also check the free agent list to see if pedro or liriano are avalible. I'd try to trade hunter and crede for either santana or willis. Also try and trade hunter for peavy. This will improve your rotation and make your staff a lot strong. Besides pitching, I'd take your hitters any day of the week. You also have a great bench with edmonds, and once rivera is healthy he will dominate.

stable, yet no longer Championship fabric yet. Whoever says your team is undesirable is in simple terms being a jerk. between Howard, Soriano, and Crawford, thats a enormously rattling stable initiate. Crawford could have slipped to you interior the third around. Your team breakdown, participant by skill of participant: Russell Martin (C , LAD) You prob. be attentive to extra approximately him than me, yet once you dont have between the few action picture star catchers, the subsequent maximum suitable is a youthful guy with potential. B- Ryan Howard (1B , PHI) A Ray Durham (2B , SF) he's 35, and you'd be extra perfect off with yet another youthful prospect such as you have at catcher, yet he did have an excellent season final 365 days. B- Chipper Jones (3B , ATL) He continuously gets harm. whilst he's healthly he's between the main suitable, yet he never makes it by an entire 365 days. B+ Carlos Guillen (SS , DET) he's likewise harm services, yet he's between the main suitable offensive shortstops, very underratted. frequently has extra perfect stats than extra perfect regular SS's like Jeter and youthful. A- Magglio Ordonez (OF , DET) i'm not sure approximately Magglio. As a Tiger fan, i'm conscious of him, yet final 365 days replaced into his first complete 365 days on account that improving from previous surgical procedures. He had a sturdy 365 days final 365 days, yet no longer the MVP high quality years he had for Chicago. He now has Sheffield nevertheless. B+ Carl Crawford (OF, TB) A Alfonso Soriano (OF , CHC) A l. a. Dodgers (P , LAD) they have an excellent team, whether it type of sounds like many think of Schmidts hyped up. B BENCH Josh Willingham (OF , FLA) C+ Adrian Beltre (3B , SEA) Underacheiver. i assume he's okay for a bench spot. C+ Shea Hillenbrand (1B,3B , LAA) in simple terms standard. Get somebody w/ potential. C Luis Castillo (2B , MIN) Does provide you SB. C+ Rondell White (OF , MIN) i like Rondell yet he's not extra perfect than everyone on the waiver twine. C St. Louis Cardinals (P , STL They have been given chippie, yet lost Suppan. B

You're fine, with Ortiz, ARam, Rollins, ManRam, Damon, Pierre, Kaz, Nathan, and Putz as your core. This is h2h so you reall dont need a lot of sps if you like to stream. stay on the wire and you'l be fine. if schmidt, santana , and cordero perform you could be pretty good.

VERY good! Just get 23 year-old c Joe Mauer in there somewhere. You're going to need his hitting. As well as his putouts at the plate. But overall, you're a winner.

well juan rivera is hurt until july, and lo duca isnt to good in fantasy because he hits for average and doesn't do much else, you could probably do better at catcher,
besides that its a really good team, especially your relief pitching, nathan and putz...
