Is it possible to love someone since your were a child,?

I met a boy when I was 9 years old and immediately had strong feelings for him. We never dated but remained good friends all our lives ( we're both in our late forties) . I love him to this day.

Yes it is possible is love at first sight it happen to me and to this date I think of the guy. I'm sure he knows it and he feels it but both of you guys don't want to spoil the beautiful friendship you have

I think anything is possible. You may have loved him in a different way and that love evolved into romantic love. That is beautiful. Friends make the best couples! Hope it works out for you!
