Yes I am! Now that I'm older, I realize that what I thought I wanted to make me happy is just "stuff". I worried too much of what other people thought of me, and that all this "stuff" (lots of money, a good looking woman, car, nice home, etc.) would win their approval. Now being 40, I don't care about that at all. If you can be happy standing in the middle of the rain with no umbrella, you are truly in Nirvana.

Yes. Definitely... but that being said, I have reasons that I am happy. I'm extremely fortunate to be a cancer survivor with an extremely supportive husband and family. That alone changed my perception about EVERYTHING. Don't sweat the small stuff. Show the people that you love that you LOVE them. Do something to improve or maintain your health. Be as generous as you can be with others. Focus on the positive aspects of your life. Relax. Relish in the simple joy of each day.

Yes I am pretty happy. There are always things that can be improved but we control our own happiness and it is a choice. I like your positive attitude.
