It depends on what kind of system you play with someone. For units like game cube, xbox, PS2, and other plug in units just insert a multiplayer game, a few controllers, select multiplayer mode and play. If it's a handheld unit like game boy advances you need a special cable adapter to plug them in. For the Ds just get in 30 ft of someone and join or host a game with someone with a ds. For computer games that have people all over the world you need to get a game like that, download it, connect to the Internet, and play. Finally the Internet has games like that but it's free but sometimes not as cool. Have Fun!

...on what platform? do you mean on the computer or using consoles?
