I am a 16 year old man, 5 foot 7 (wish I was taller) and only 130 pounds. i've tried everything and ate as much as i could every day but i can't seem to put on any weight. how can I gain like a hundred pounds and be at least 6 foot? thx

I doublt you'll ever reach six feet, you might put on that much weight but you'll be a perfect square. Do the best with what you got.

Keep eating.
And when you're drinking, make sure you drink tons of soda.
Just that can make you gain some weight.

Why would you want to gain weight?
Just eat healthy food and do some exercise and you'll grow.
Some people starts growing at around 18.
Getting a lot of sleep is important too.
It makes a big difference.

Guess you could just wait until your body fills out and probably gets taller, your still growing right now so don't stress too much, the gym will help you fill out if you really find it that necessary.

you might not have seen the movie, but in "Mean Girls" there's a granola bar/protien bar thing that people actually use in real life and it makes you gain weight like crazy. You might not want to watch the movie, but ask someone who's seen it what the name of the bar is (sorry, I forget the name.)

At sixteen you're probably still growing. Guys usually reach their full height at 21.

2. you can't control how tall you grow. that's genetic.

3. work out everyday for an hour (ATLEAST) and eat like you've never eaten before!

your young and still growing, dont be so impatient. I know is hard but enjoy your youth and dont sweat this stuff, enjoy life, have fun, your still growing : )
