..good piece of advice to help get to sleep...I have terrible insomnia...?

i have the same problem. Read Maggie Thatcher's biog, iut was the only thing that workeed for me. 10 pages and out like a light

Drink hotmilk...Go to sleep early and wake up early till you make it a routine...and also eat a healthy diet

I do too. Aside from medication (I prefer Rohypnol), the only thing that helps me a bit is playing with myself for a few hours.

Or, if you don't mind weed - that helps too.

seriously, i do to.
usually i listen to calming music to help me drift off.
and night nurse herbal stuff is a wonder.

its a shame there are so many people who find this funny when it really is not

I usually just watch t.v. until I fall asleep. If you're tired enough watching t.v. should knock you out in no time.
