ok . so we have water in atube then we added Mno subsript 2 . then we closed the tube and then we had a thin stick we light it on . then we turn of and quickly emerssed in the the tube and then it lightes up again . ok i know that Mno is a ctalyst but how come their was more oxygen inside

It sounds like you are talking about the decomposition of hydrogen peroxide, H2O2, solution. It would look like water but is considerably different.

The reaction catalyzed by MnO2 is
2H2O2 ---> 2H2O + O2(g)
