what kind of purse is it?

i saw this purse on a girl one day and it had 1 thick strap where u put it on yur shoulder, and on the strap were like studs or little fake crystals, and the bag was like a big circle, not literally but it was kind of big, and its a designer bag, does anyone know what it is
