How can I improve my score in TOEFL ibt speaking section?

Hi, I have been struggling to improve my score in TOEFL ibt speaking section. I need a score 26 for registering my lisence in the U.S. the score in other section is ok, but only speaking section......Could you please give me any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Listen to as much English as possible (news programs, TV dramas, tapes, etc.) and try to repeat what you hear.
If you can, practice with native speakers. You might have to pay for such a service.
I teach TOEFL & TOEIC courses in Japan and understand that it can be difficult for non-native speakers to become fluent. Good luck!
