I have accedently dropped my Kyocera KX9e 2 times. The first time, my phone would turn off if I flipped it closed too fast or hard, or if I hit the phone a certain way without much force. Since I dropped it the second time, my phone has very little or no signal strength at all. It will not go over 2 signal bars, and it still turns off when I flip it closed or tap it too hard. I think the antenna may have been damaged after the second time it was dropped. What should I do, because I do not want to get a new phone, I want to keep the one I have. I have the insurance on the phone, but it is actually under my mother's name, because the phone was a Christmas present. How can I fix this problem as easy and cheap as possible without having to buy a brand new phone all together. I will take any advice I can get. Thank You

I would check with your service provider to see if you have a warrenty on the phone. That might be the quickest and easiest thing. Other than that, I don't think you'll be able to dismantle and repair any errors accept for the most common. You can try the simple things, which you've probably already done... but if you haven't definately try them. Remove the battery and remove any memory chips and firmly "re-secure" them in their mounts. That alone might fix your problem.
