Ok, well thanks for telling me. I didn't really need to know. But once again thanks.
Can someone explain the question to me?? It says, "I have leg cramps, and I'm only 2 months pregnant?" What is the question? It doesn't ask if it's normal or anything. It's just stating a fact. So why the thumbs-down?

good nutrition and replace the lost potassium you are experiencing, also get plenty of calcium. I used roseox, schizandra and some multi vitamins too from www.myhealthabcmall.com. The difference was so good for me and the cramps I had experienced. I would also suggest you get some good nutrition too, this will help with your whole body. Good health to you both, Jane

MY DOC TOLD ME TO EAT BANANAS IN THE EVENING AND PUT A BAR OF DIAL SOAP UNDER THE MATTRESS. I HAVEN'T HAD ANOTHER LEG CRAMP SINCE THE MIDDLE OF DECEMBER WHEN I ASKED ABOUT IT AT MY OB APPOINTMENT, AND THEN WENT HOME AND DID WHAT SHE SAID. THIS IS OBVIOUSLY NOT A MEDICALLY SOUND CURE ALL BUT MAYBE IT WILL HELP. GOOD LUCK. HOPE THIS WORKS JUST AS WELL FOR YOU.
