Molarity is the number of moles in a Liter of solution. You need only 100 mL which is 0.1 L (1/10 L)

The mass of one mole of NaCl is 58.5 g

0.1 M = (0.1 x 58.5) / 10

1 M = (1 x 58.5) / 10

5 M = (5 x 58.5) / 10

10 M = (10 x 58.5) / 10
