Okay wait a minute. You need some self esteem. You are already pretty. GOD does not make any junk. You just have to play up your assets. If you have great hair play it up. If you have great eyes play them up. If have great boobs ...for heaven sake use them.
No one is perfect you just have to decide what your best feature/features are and use them to our advantage.
Do not forget to throw in some charm and personality and before you know it you will be beating guys away with a stick.

Ok if the answers "You are already pretty" don't satisfy you, then just give up. Because... Here goes... You are already pretty, and it all depends on your personality.
So please, stop asking these opiniated questions that regular people can't answer.
If you really wanted us to "rate" your beauty, you should've provided a pic of you...

You probably are very pretty. I think you need to put down more infomation though.
Write down everything you feel that is physically wrong with you and then try to work on them, like your hair, body, etc. is easily fixable.

What makes you think you are not? Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. However if there are specific aspects of your appearance that concern you, give us more detail and maybe we can help more.
