Sittin' on the dock of the bay is an Otis Redding song, co-written by Steve Cropper. Mr. Bolton butchered it, as he does with any other cover songs he does. As to his best original tune? Sorry. I am not a middle-aged under-sexed soccer mom, and as such, have no time for him.
