Minimum wage doesn't depend on age. It was and still is $5.15 as per the Federal Government in the US. There is a proposal in Congress to increase it to over $7/hour - it passed in the House and Senate, but they were different bills. Now it is in a committee trying to get ironed out - after which it will be sent back for revote. Once the same bill is passed by both houses, then the President has to sign (or veto). Then it will be increased.

By the way, there are several states that have already increased the minimum wage, so it may be higher where you live.

As of January 1, 2007, the nation wide minimum wage went up to $7.15. All minimum state wages went up to that amount if they were less, and stayed the same if they were more.

Age has no affect on minimum wage.
