No, WWE creative just can't come up with anything for him. Like other phenomonial wrestlers like CM Punk, Shelton Benjamin, Jeff Hardy, Johnny Nitro, Finlay, and Matt Hardy.

I've found no proof of this. He's still on the SD roster on WWE.com, and no reputable site I read has posted anything about it, and I'm pretty sure it's the type of thing that'd go straight through the IWC like lightening
