I want a free, good spell or spell site plz and no dumb answers (e.x. spell casting isn't real) etc, etc.

All it really takes is belief and focus. With those, you could create your own spells if you wanted too.
And what do you mean by free?

Okay listen I'll try not to make what you call I dumb question. But If you want to shoot flames out of your hands or ice shards or what ever... This solution is just chemistry. Want a flaming fire ball thing?
A rock solid object, Alcohol, Gloves, and a lighter. Poor the alcohol onto the object and throw the object while you have your gloves on.
Want an inferno? A glass bottle, Alcohol, napkin, and a lighter. Poor the alachol into the glass bottle and put the napkin in. Light the napkin make sure It reaches the alachol and then throw. The glass parts will fly everywhere while set a flame.
But you this is pyrotechnics so Its dangerous. So yeah...

There is one used a lot in north Africa, (i kinda tried it myself)
its for shutting up someone you are afraid of telling on you. you take a hair out of your head and tie a knot 7 times in it, but blow into the knot before tightening it, also say something like you will have no control over me o-insert name of your enemy-son\daughter of-insert mother's name - repeat a few times. now take that hair and either keep it in your pocket where you can face that person or somewhere he\she always sits. so he wont be talking about the mistakes you did.but this last only a conversation.its usually good to get outta things!

the best spell is the one cast from your heart. The craft is not borrowed or bought, it is believed. Say what you want with cinviction, write it on a piece of clean paper, burn ot and cast it to the winds, and with faith it will be yours to keep

If you gotta ask a question like that you need to stay away from magick or get real and start doing some real soul searching and study for yourself. Play with fire you will get burned.
