Help with internet and xbox 360?

I have cable internet then a wireless modem goin to that for xbox 360. Most of the time the cable modem looses the internet and gets screwed up, all has to be disconnected then reboot to work right again. You can't even play the game for any amount of time

we have traded the wireless router and still have the same problem, unhooked, rehooked and checked everything possible in internet settings etc.

Sounds like you may want to try contacting your internet company. If your service is cutting in and out, they should definitely know about it. It could be your setup, or it could be your modem. Either way, it's good to get someone on the phone who can help trouble-shoot the issue with you.
