I also was molested at the age of 5 until I was 11.In this life of mine I go through so many emotions. It is totally normal to feel separated from those bad feelings. We as the molested tend to block out liefs hardships,I personally think you should open your world up and let the bad pour out.God has away of protecting us If you let him.You may see another life if you let go,you also have to forgive the sick, because a person causing molestation has a illness. You should also let someone help you through your journey.May God bless.

It's usual for a person who was moleste dto feel a bit diffrent. I read a story about this famiyl that hired 2 male babysitters to watch over a girl an dher sister. The youngest girl was molested when she was only 4 years old! Now that's weird. She was very quiet about that because the men told her not to tell anyone and since she had an older sister, she knew what to do. Every time the men came they would touch her and feel her and she started gettign really unconfortable. When she was in elementary school she realized what was happening to her was sexual molestation and they shoudl tell someoen immediately. She decided to tell her sister which told her mother. Her mother said to keep as far from them as possible.
One day she noticed that a car was following her and she ran. And when practicing for sports the same car came and 2 people spit at her an dcursed at her. She was really upset. She then realized she had to tell someoen about this when she had pains in her hips and when a doctor asked her if she had been in sexual content she had said yes. He was shocked!
Also if you didn't know, the famous black poet Maya Angelou was raped when she was about your age and she was quiet for almos 4 years. Her uncle had killed the molester (which happened to be Maya's mother's Boyfriend).
Another young girl was also molested by her father after her mother recently got married.
It is very little chance of gettign raped or molested but I'd liek to tell you, it's never the victim's fault ;)

Let it go. I don't mean to be cruel: I've seen a lot of this, but if the person cannot hurt you any longer, there is so little point to dwell on it.
Why let them get you down? Wasn't it enough they stole your privacy? I think you should put it as a fragment of the past and seriously, don't think much of it.
You might be upset now because you understand what happened. It's not that big of a deal and you don't need to take it personally, as long as the person cannot hurt you. If they can, you need to act on your impulses and tell someone.

People don't like to talk about things that are serious like that, when they talk about it its like realizatino dawns on them that the abuse was real. So alot of the time, people supress it and down play it so it doesn't seem like such a bad thing that they went through, and its a common occurance. Your absolute best bet it to talk it out with someone, go to a therapist if possible.
You'll feel so much better getting if off your chest, once you let it out, then cry it out, the real healing can begin.

certainly. people deal with things differently. you were probably too young to realize the extent of what was happening to you and therefore didn't deal with it correctly. talk it out now. come to terms with what happened.
