Hi there I used a huge list of supplements to get pregnant and I used them al through my pregnancy:
Nutritional Shake- 1/day

Multivitamin- 1 tablet-3x’s/day

Cell Activator- 2-3 tablets 3x’s/day

Garden 7- 1 tablet- 3x’s/day

Rose Ox- 1 tablet/day

Schizandra- 1- 2 x’s/day

Xtra-Cal- 1- 3x’s/day

Herbal Aloe- Great for Heartburn

Herbalifeline- 2- 3x’s/day- Helps with baby's brain development and helps keeps mothers from getting headaches and also helps with post partum.

Herbal Concentrate
Sounds like a lot I know but it worked so well and my babies have been in great health when born and growing up. I got them from www.myhealthabcmall.com, I was also in very good shape too. The products are all natural and will definitely help you. My doctor says that nutrition is key and everyone should get extra before during and after pregnancy. Good luck, Jane

Consult a qualified naturopath.

Messing about with herbal remedies and various combinations of herbs can actually have a detrimental effect on your efforts to become pregnant, especially if you do have a situation where your fertilty is already compromised. Or if you actually do become pregnant while taking herbal suppliments they have the potential to cause miscarriage if not taken correctly. Please, don't rely on advice from a stranger, or a friend of a friend or anyone but an expert.

Is there any reason why would you not want to take the fertility medication that has been precribed for you?

If you are healthy, you don't need fertility pills. I highly recommend Taking Charge of Your Own Fertility as a book that promotes how to get pregnant naturally.

There are lots of recommended things, such as primrose oil, raspberry leaf tea which may help. Additionally, there is a lot of anecdotal evidence that acupuncture is highly effective. But again, if you are healthy, you don't need these items and you should probably avoid any heavy-duty herbal supplements unless you check with your doctor, since some may put your baby at risk.

Do ensure you are taking a vitamin with folic acid in it, at least 0.4mg (400mcg). You may choose to take prenatal vitamins before getting pregnant.
