You're not a bad size, but about 10 to 15 ponds of muscle will help you. You lift well. Just keep at it. If you do get some more bulk, please don't go the steroid route. That will mess you up later in life. Do a search on Lyle Alzado.

your size is almost perfect, however it does depend on the school you go to. if you tackle great and can follow through with the carrier on a run play or have good coverage when you need to you can play as a great middle linebacker. all you need is some experience in the game and work on your speed you'll do great. Ask your coach about your form and how you can improve it. try to add 30 pounds in size. when you lift try to add 20 pounds (if you can't no pressure) and stretch after lifting, and before and after games.

That's about the size I was, and I played middle linebacker. We had the best defense in the league and only allowed one touchdown. I led the team in tackles. It's all about your intensity. You've gotta get yourself pumped up and ready to take on anyone. I wasn't fast, but I ran a 4.8 40.

Not bad, keep trying to raise those bench and squat numbers. Also, stay agile. Try bunny hopping from one cone to another and doing some endurance training too.
