No, but they totally should have. It would have kept me from a lot of trouble and hardships. I have teens and I tell them I don't snoop unless they give me a reason too. They have to earn their privacy by making good choices.

Oh yes and it would make me so mad! I was a very clean kid and my mom would go in my room when I was not there and "clean" what in the heck she had to clean I will never know but I am positive it was just to snoop.

Yeah... my mom was a BIG SNOOP!
She used to read all of my nasty "love" letters from high school girlfriends and then leave them wide open on my bed so I would see them when I got home.
(I used to leave them in my jeans or places that she shouldn't have been looking!)
Gawd! I hated that!
