Use ice. Works fast. If you don't have ice, use frozen vegetables, or frozen meat. Anything cold works fast. Hope your going to be ok!!...

get a ziplock. put some ice in it. then shake some salt into it. It keeps the ice pack cold. also, wrap a towel over the ice pack, because it will be cold and also hard.

All you can really do is put ice on it and wait but dont worry it will go down soon. If it doesnt you should probably contact a doctor.

What works for me is to apply creamy peanutbutter. My grandmother did this when I was younger and had bump from hitting my head on the table, and it worked, and I did not have to suffer with ice packs. Brrr.

put some ice in a plastic zip lock, wrap a towel around bag, place on wound. but you should go to the er. if there is somthing wrong, but if you are not a dr how would know? go to er if any thing strange happens. its your head we are talking about. you know..... the main frame?

Put an ice pack on your head that is wraped in a towl,so it doesn't get to cold.
