I totally can't concentrate for more than 8 seconds. I can't even read a question on here if it's more than 5 lines. As I am writting this I have lost all focus, what question did I ask again?

Yes we do. We all get destracted and have to look at this noise and whats going on on tv or who just walked in the room and give up on what we were typing, what are we talking about again?
